"Gladiator I Ave Caesar"

This piece was actually created at this point, as I was beginning to feel like a gladiator being “sacrificed in the arena for the pleasure and profit of others in a meaningless spectacle.” It was, however, never sold until almost seven years later when it was appropriately “paired” with “Ave Deo” and took on an all new meaning. Both will be fully addressed at that point in the chronology.
